A Song Of Ice And Fire is a fantasy series by George R.R. Martin. It started in 1997 with A Game of Thrones. A Storm of Swords is the third and most recent book of supposedly six volumes. I can recommend this series to all who love epic stories of adventure and bravery with characters you can actually care for. This is promising to be one of the best - if not the best - fantasy story ever written.
